On Saturday, August 19 a perfect day on the bike starts from Larkspur, Colorado. It’s called the Wacky Bike Ride. The popular event, which sister and brother Susie and Ted Wargin launched in 2011, still benefits kids. But the new organizer, nonprofit Project ReCycle based in Douglas County, Colorado, has changed just about everything else.
