LoBo Trail connector will help divert Boulder cyclists off of Jay Road, officials say
Boulder County and city officials are in the early stages of connecting two trails north of Boulder that will take cyclists and pedestrians off of a narrow bike path on Spine Road and the shoulder of Jay Road.
